As is so often the case with an evolving commercial environment, Deloitte sought to refine a vital organisational process through the application of technology. Having identified the opportunity to employ a proprietary system to capture and report on the performance planning of its partners, Deloitte commissioned Distinct for the job.
Responsive to the time, pressure and commercial sensitivity of the task, Distinct mapped out the processes involved, fed back their recommendations and quickly provided an intuitive and reliable system.
The system has truly refined what was a labour-intensive task for a core group of staff. In an environment where the adage 'time is money' certainly rings true, Deloitte's new performance planning system actively reduces time spent on administrative necessities.
